RecommendedOmgosh! I was so impressed with Dr. Perez and staff. Everyone was so nice! Dr. Perez was so gentle and caring. I loved the guy who took my X-rays, he calmed my anxiety. I will definitely tell others about the great care I received.
Pretty efficient as it is a big office serving lots of patients, and I didn’t feel like they were rushing, and staff seemed happy and to understand their jobs well. Waiting room is large with like 20 chairs, and inside has many rooms for patients. High ceilings in all rooms, nice atmosphere. Only hiccups were with filling out the forms online before the visit, they won’t go through if certain ones aren’t filled out apparently, but luckily the info was saved and I didn’t have to re-enter the info. The staff and Dr's are so friendly and knowledgeable. The patients comfort is high priority. The front office staff are professional and have a great sense of humor. Getting an appointment is easy and they don't have a long wait time.
This was such a great experience! I’ve always been scared of the dentist, no offense, but I had terrible experiences as a child. At Cali Dental, everyone was so nice! They were even so sweet with my daughter who is not always so sure herself. She was very curious and kept asking a lot of questions. They even let her come look while I was getting my teeth cleaned and! Gave her a treasure from the treasure box! They were so friendly, very polite, very thorough and informative. The staff and the doctors are so friendly. The receptionist had a large amount of patient traffic in just a half hour I was sitting there and they are friendly to everybody. The dentist was extremely nice to my son and he felt so much better after leaving! Thank you so much for all you do for the community!
They are really great. I take my kids there and we have never had a bad experience. Their pediatric dentists are really good.
