Exceptional The watering system required maintenance so they took almost a week for a 6 hour job...they could do stuff like this once sin goes behind mountains..and use lights while darkness sets....was painful to see such slow progress on the north end of pool area Also landscapers contract has to include non gas equipment Imagine laying by the pool and ya hear a blower 2 hours ...like I said...renuw the contract and only use battery tools ..this is a vacation for most...didn't like the noise....manager Jose was great and a... read more

Good clean Hotel, great location close to everything. We had an issue with the shower head, it was not adjustable. It was just too high and sprayed water over your head. This was the first time we had this issue. Note to self, check the shower head before unpacking. Avoid Room 143 We stay here a lot for work, the location and the rates are good.The staff are very nice and helpful.

Fun place to stay. Arrived in the evening. Internet didn’t work the first evening there. Electronic key didn’t work. Had to get physical key instead. Wasn’t a good start. Great atmosphere. Great pool. Love the Reef tiki bar. Bed was good.
