Much better places to stay in Palm Springs. The rooms were tired and in desperate need of updating. The bathroom had loose and badly chipped floor tiles. Bathroom door looked like something tried to claw its way out. Coffee machine spewed out undrinkable sludge. No access to lobby computer so we couldn’t print out our boarding passes. We paid extra for 2 King Lanai rooms with views of the garden. Photo attached of the ‘view’. Nice pool area and really good poolside bar with Happy Hour specials. AC was loud but worked well. Slept well, most likely will not stay again. Too far from freeway. The deadbolt on the door didn’t work. The shower did not drain. The restaurant “Reef” was very good - friendly staff / good food.

Fantastically styled tiki hotel, bar & pool The wifi and 4G reception in my room was terrible. Having to wait 15-20 mins outside the reception for a member of staff to return and check me in put a damper on the start of my stay. The location is a bit too far south from the action in town in terms of walkability. Some great restaurants nearby though. Gorgeous tiki / polynesian styling, but with a modern feel.
