Affordable basic motel in PS that is quiet and comfortable, rooms could use a little TLC but otherwise good place to sta A little bit dirty and rundown as it is an older motel. Good location, easy check in, quiet and comfy beds and the cute birds at the front desk.

Quick weekend getaway Our room was a little depressing. Color scheme was weird with the dark red wall paint. For the most part it was clean but looked like it needed a vacuum ran. The bar and restaurant were a nice option having it so close. The pool area was the best part. Nice jacuzzi and lounge chairs made it easy to spend all afternoon there.

Mountain Views with Tropical Resort Relaxation Downside was the lack of Recycle Bins. Luckily Palm Springs has Recycle Bins on the streets in the shopping district. (Also the carpet in the room is "past its prime".) Friendly staff with easy early check-in procedure. FANTASTIC restaurant! We had a lunch and a dinner there. Fun staff at the poolside bar with lovely frozen drinks. Loved the Resort feel with tropical music by the pool. Really relaxing atmosphere. Spacious (and clean) hot tub.
I have passed by this property many times in previous stays. Glad I finally stayed here. The WIFI was present only in the administration (eastward) wing of the hotel (where it appeared in a scan with a strong signal). There was no wifi hotel network that ever showed up on wifi scans in the westward wing. Easy friendly checkin. Sparklingly clean room. Efficient, unobtrusive housekeepers who were very friendly.
