We enjoyed the location; but the staff may need additional basic hotel management training. We immediately encountered a sink-drainage issue that turned out to be chronic. The hotel desk attendant offered to transfer us to a similar room, but wanted to charge us extra because the only available room had slightly larger bedding. I advised that this issue was not the customer's problem and that the customer already had been inconvenienced twice with lengthy maintenance visits interrupting the stay; but the desk attendant refus... read more
