had a nice visit.. did receive a discount on our extended stay due to pool being drained and was inaccessible for 24 hou they seemed understaffed. pool had to be drained the day we extended our stay. should have extra blankets in room. did have to switch out tv. not working properly. location. Has a bar and restaurant on property.

Good the pool was closed on Monday room was lovely.. liked that there was an on-site restaurant
just stayed for a night while attending a wedding, it was excellent it can use minor fixings such as paint and furniture the restaurant and the reef bar

Great Tiki getaway! Nothing! We really enjoyed our stay at Caliente Tropics it’s great value for money compared to other local hotels. The location is a short drive from the centre, plenty of free parking at the hotel. The rooms are dated but exceptionally clean - everything you could want in there. The only issue we had was with the safe but reception couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. Pool is great too surrounded by lovely gardens. Great little restaurant.
