Good The TV didn't work and we had a plan to watch something that weekend night. There was only one fellow on site and he said no one to call and he tried but didn't know how to fix it. Sounds trivial but we were all psyched and tucked in and ready to watch that Oprah Interview but wasn't to be. Loved the location, loved the pool area ambience.

Usually love my stays here, COVID protocols could have been better adhered to. Water went out and could not get any staff to pick up the phone in the lobby after multiple attempts so we took very cold showers one day. Pool maintenance could have been better. Cute, relaxing, family-friendly vacation. Wifi didn't work. We were told maybe it's because we had Mac products (wha? never been an issue for 10 years of traveling). So basically, not reliable wifi. Luckily, we were there to relax and we have tethering on our phone plans but be aware especially if you need to do work or family member really needs access some high-bandwidth stuff. Good Rooms are worn. Service was so so. The clock in our room had a bad wire that sparked when I moved the clock. The pool and tiki theme. Lots of fun people staying there. Happy hour tiki drinks at the pool.

Pleasant For some reason, we were given a handicapped room. Not a big deal, except that the beds were full instead of Queen. (Apparently booking.com got us the handicapped room) Not a huge deal, except when sharing with our kids. More importantly, the shower didn't get very hot, the pool was cold and the hot tub was warm. Love the Tiki Vibe. For this reason alone, I would probably go back. I enjoyed the food. Basically what I expected.

Our room was dirty, but the staff cleaned right away, the bar can improve their service by being more friendly and have The bar .. The pool and the mountains views are really nice, I like the looks like pacific tropical hotel .
