Great place to stay! Clean, great pool, good location!
Ukulena loves The Caliente Tropics! A few things weren’t working like the WiFi, front desk phone, & blow dryer. But I wasn’t upset, I enjoyed the reef bar instead. (; I love Caliente! Always my go-to when I work in Palm Springs or visit, or sometimes perform at the Reef! The Reef Bar is my favorite, the server lady works so hard & fast to satisfy everyone. Awesome The property is beautiful. The pool is excellent and the Reef Bar is an added bonus.

Great Place, close to Everything I don't know of the reef restaurant was part of the hotel but we had horrible service from the waitress 2 nights in a row. I almost canceled my reservations. I went to Palm Springs to get away from Work and a recent break up. When we got there we wanted to drink and swim. She was our second encounter aside from the friendly front desk staff. Relaxing Love the pool
Birthday stay After 1 am party people As usual relaxing, clean & ver accommodating
Unfortunately not entirely pleased. We paid extra for a “garden view room” First room was dark and placed right next to loud speakers w o garden view whatsoever. Second room offered a wall for a view. Third room was nice (upstairs though) but had a view of the lawn. They advertise a Restraunt at the pool serving food and cocktails but claim to have no affiliations with them. Both days we planned our day around the pool area and restaurant but they closed early and had nasty attitudes when making their statements. Front desk ... read more
