Great location, clean and very helpful staff. Room needed to be renovated Wall paper and carpet were old and needed to be replaced. Shower stall was very good but the faucet was loose and therefore temperature adjustment was unreliable. Shampoo and conditioner were not great quality. Staff were very helpful and housekeeping was very good. The room, bedding and towels were clean. Central location. Nice pool. Comfortable bed and room was large. Mexican restaurant on site was excellent. Good parking available.

We love the pool, the open spaces, and the staff at Caliente Tropics, but the rooms could be better maintained. Rooms are clean, but not that well maintained. The beds have the equivalent of two sheets on them with no extra blankets. We were cold. Hot water is very hard to get from the shower. Bathrooms could really use fans. Furniture seems old when you pull drawers out sometimes they fall. The pool, the reef bar, the big grassy area, the ping-pong table, and the staff.

Great hotel, grating non-stop music in pool area Non-stop Beach Boys music at the pool. Would’ve liked a quieter environs to relax. Was really a drag listening to this music on repeat all day long. Another couple near us felt the same way. It is the only thing that makes us hesitant to return. The hotel itself was lovely. Room was very clean, grounds were great.

Greit sted. Intet mer intent mindre. Serveringspersonell i baren bar litt lite hjelpsomme, og selv om baren var åpen til 12 på kvelden var stoler og bord rydder før 10 så det var litt uvelkomment. Bassenget

Will stay here again! My only suggestion is to get rid of the carpets in the the rooms Pool, hot tub and bar!

Motel que je recommande vivement à Palm Springs. On sent que l'établissement n'est pas neuf (transats et alentours de la piscine un peu vieillots), il mériterait un petit coup de frais mais il y fait vraiment propre et agréable. L'emplacement idéal, la facilité de parking. Le confort de la chambre à cette période de l'année (mars) est idéal.
