we're coming back!!! we love it here better than the more expensive resorts we came in early and extended our stay - it would've been nice to match the price the jacuzzi was a little too hot the vibe the location the dining and bar experiences on site the pool the jacuzzi (although a bit too hot) the grounds and tiki decor the front facade the birds in reception the staff the room with enough wardrobe and drawer space for six suitcases to unpack into the additional nights we booked the tissue box holder is delightful - where... read more

Great communication Stayed here over Christmas and was greeted by Lorraine M at reception. She was lovely and made my stay that much easier. Communication was A1, as I had to move a couple of things around and dealing with lorraine really gave me peice of mind as she knew exactly what to do to help me. The pool was nice and toasty and the food was delicious.

Awesome We were moved to an upgraded room because of some planned maintenance. Didn’t like the bed in 1st room because we would rolled into a depression in the center of king bed. The mattress in 2nd room was good. All the staff was great. The complex and rooms were clean. A relaxing environment in good location. I would stay here again.
Very Good We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The room was fine, parking was right in front of our building. Location is ok.
Nice place to stay! If the weather would have been a bit warmer we would have been in the pool, so we will be back and enjoy it another time. We liked the location. The room was clean and comfortable. Loved the Reef Bar drinks and food were very good. Overall was a good stay and we will be back!
