Beautiful resort with lovely staff! Booked the same day we arrived. The hotel was very reasonably priced and had excellent facilities, in particular the pool and jacuzzi area. Fantastic atmosphere sitting by the pool with great music and attentive staff. Lorraine on reception was particularly helpful when we checked in and provided good tips for our stay. We particularly enjoyed the Thursday street market she recommended!

Pleasant Pool was too cold. Music at bar, tiki theme, was odd and not fun. Not enough servers for poolside drinks and food. Look or vibe. Food was delicious.
Good Bathroom rather small. In-room safe was locked (by previous occupant?), so was not available for use. Convenient location. Cleanliness.
Very Good Palm Springs seems to be a bit boring, but the hotel was very nice. We liked to stay at trhe pool in the evening and the bar is open 24/7

Great! Depending on your priorities. Bar manager kept hanging out in the bar and distracting the bartender (who was having his first shift alone that night and didn't need the distraction but was a total trooper anyway); this is my third stay and second time overhearing this guy's prattle.
