Friendly staff. Magnificent mountains, Tropical vibe and lovely overall stay! The walls of the room were very thin but this did not effect my stay. There was no breakfast option at this location but there are two restaurants on site and locations nearby for food and coffee. Caliente Tropics is nestled in the heart of the magnificent San Jacinto mountains and had a very cool, tropical vibe and lovely staff (Dustin and Nathan were so helpful and accommodating. Fun tiki themed resort No sound-proofing for rooms. Great location-close proximity to lots of attractions, shops and dining, including multiple on-site options. Fun tiki theme throughout. Lots of amenities included-pool, hot tub, gym.

The property was nice and the atmosphere was good but the rooms need updating. The rooms are dated. The epoxy flooring had spots missing and the TV remote would not work in the room. The pool area was beautiful. The staff were great.

Very Good Need lighting by bed you can read by. Comfortable place. Nice people. Festive looking at night with all the outdoor lights. Nice pool/grass area. Good location.

Good The plumbing didn't work for about half a day, but they fixed it. It was what we paid for, the pool was nice.

Stayed for 5 days waiting for our house to be ready, got a great rate, liked having restaurants on site. Overall good st Music plays 24/7 at the pool, gets annoying Location is great. Walk to restaurants, coffee etc. Pool is also perfect.

Pleasant Pictures made it seem much nicer than it is, felt like I spent more than I should’ve for what we got. Great location, close to the Ace which was holding an event we were there for. Pool area is cute!
