Awkward check in but great stay The reason I got the upgrade was because when I walked into the office to check in, a customer and the front desk clerk were screaming and cussing at each other. It was actually pretty funny. Hotel was great. Clean, great location. Got an upgrade on our room.

Tiki treat!! A/C units were a bit hard to regulate and so was the shower temperature. I would have liked access to a microwave. I enjoyed everything about the Caliente. I love the tiki theme and the island vibe. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was pretty great. We stayed in the one bedroom suite. Perfect size for an extra long weekend. The staff is super friendly. Very nice and would stay there again The restaurant was not the best but is was convcenient so it worked. very clean room and a great buy.
