Good Reef staff was mixed. Some pleasant and attentive, others put out at being at work. Some more attention to property improvements. Room amenities were tired. Same as i recall from last stay in 2010? Pool area needs love and better attention to cleaning and chemicals. Pets need to be better monitored. Property upgrades outside. Fact that there is food onsite. Good effort in most staff engagement to make stay pleasant and relaxing.

Loved Caliente Tropics, great hotel. Garden staff around the pool making too much noise. Staff, location and facilities all great.
