Great value hotel but no compromises on stay Got my iPad on the WiFi but not my laptop. Curse on Microsoft Windows 10!! I got one of the newely renovated suits with a patio! It’s always been an attractive hotel but the new renovations put it over the top!
Excellent Great place to stay in Palm Springs for Coachella weekend. Office staff was super friendly and the room was a great value and met all expectations.
Clean room / Dirty pool The pool and hot tub were filthy. Not once did I see anyone clean the pools in the two days staying there. When in Palm Springs to me, one of the most important aspects of your stay is the pool. So that was a bummer. The bar / restaurant are not a part of the hotel but the staff at the outside pool bar was terribly slow. We ordered a drink poolside and didn’t get it for 40 mins, not kidding. And we went in twice to see if we could just get the drinks at the bar and they would say it was coming. Never ... read more

Tolles Hotel im Tiki-Stil mit schöner Poolanlage Kein Frühstück inbegriffen. Das Restaurant welches zum Hotel gehört und Frühstück anbietet öffnet erst um 11 Uhr. Denny's und andere Möglichkeiten zum Frühstück sind in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichen. Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Direkt vor den Zimmern kann man kostenfrei parken. Pool und Whirlpool sind bis 22 Uhr geöffnet. Die Bar auf dem Gelände ist toll.

I loved caliente tropics for the kitch, the tiki bar/pool area, the comfortable room, and location! I would love to see more complimentary services The hotel bar and pool area were really fun!
