Tiki fun in the sun. Oversized, firm pillows; water that runs hot and cold during a shower. Pool, ambience, friendly staff, tasty food and drinks on property.
Beautiful place to stay Very convenient location. There was a shuttle bus that picked us up and was free. And the bar was fun with a nice pool and spa next to it
We enjoyed our stay . The noise from the Reef bar was little loud one night but it got quiet by 11:00 pm We liked having to toilet and shower separate from the vanity and sink. The bed was very comfortable.
Nice place to stay if you don't need the frills I expected service at the pool. Had to dry off put on shoes to go into bar to order drinks or food. Also had to go to office to check out pool towels and bring them back to office. Guess I'm just used to pool service in Vegas. But the pool and jacuzzi were very inviting. And the pool area was quiet and relaxing. The girl that checked us in and out was very accommodating. She checked us in early with a very welcoming manner. She also went beyond while checking us out. Great hotel with a lovely pool and nice rooms. The food at the Reef was so-so. The pool is back lit at night and provides a very relaxing ambiance. It was quiet when we were here. Parking is good and rooms are comfortable. They don’t mind kids which is rare in Palm Springs.

Really enjoyed the large clean room with comfortable bed, and the live music at the bar. Large and clean room with comfortable bed. Not to mention, really enjoyed the entertainment at the bar.
Exceptional Everything was perfect, there’s nothing I didn’t like! Overall great experience! I had the best loco moco here at the restaurant by the pool!!
