Exceptional Their security deposit policy. Apparently they hold on to your security deposit for 3 to 5 days after your stay. The location was good and we enjoyed our room a lot. Also loved the reef restaurant.

Excellent Bar opening at the pool could open earlier. It would be awesome to have wait service by the pool. The ambiance at the pool at night. Beautiful!
Excellent Bathrooms can be updated a bit. The Pool was so much fun.
Great location, good value, and Tiki too! Ground floor room didn't have a view, but we didn't want to be upstairs this time. Probably would request second floor next time. Great location, nice pool and grounds, great tiki vibe. Convenient location, good value for the price. Very nice staff.
