财务管理相当混乱！ 财务管理混乱！入住前多扣了钱，反映以后过很久退费，退好发现多退了，又莫名其妙扣了一笔，由于是mastercard通道，每收一笔就是1.5的手续费！另，入住以后收了100美金手续费，说好退房两天退还，等到回来一个月也没退，booking多次帮忙交涉都没有结果！现在只能等银行强制释放！可见该酒店财务管理多混乱！ 住宿环境还不错，有室外游泳池，前台入住态度也可以。

Absolutely loved this place, would stay again and recommend to anyone. 10/10 Hotel was perfect Staff were all extremely friendly and full of local knowledge which really improved our time in the area. Fantastic pool area. The rooms were clean and fresh.
Coachella Weekend Stay There wasn't access to a microwave. I asked the front desk girl for one, and she said none worked, even the two they had in their private office. The hot water didn't work two of the four nights of our stay until the morning. The room was always clean, the cleaning staff did a great job. The front staff was very friendly too.
Good Great place for a few nights in a great area of Palm Springs. This hotel is on the up with new renovations and yet still very retro and cute. You can't beat the price it was great for the value! Note this is not a luxury hotel, its simple, cute and very chill.

Great value hotel The price of this hotel was really good. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Good food - chicken and chips was a big plate :). Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size. Slightly outside the main strip of the town but 5 mins in the car and you are there. Would recommend. Great value.
Great pool, children loved it. The bar opened only late in the Pool area, so we had to bring our own drinks in the morning before it opened. We were 2 Adults and 3 children, no possibility to sleep in one room we had to book two rooms for our family. Besides that we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The pool area was awesome, the children really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again if visiting Palm Springs. The food at the bar was very good.
