Wonderful Very soft mattresses that may not be optimal for everyone's backs. Loud AC/heater. A tad run down, especially the bathroom amenities. Great heated pool and jacuzzi (perfect also in February!) with nice surroundings, lighting, music and adjacent bar. Comfortable and quite.

Not a bad place to stay before an early flight out The room was mostly clean. There were false eyelashes on the counter (not mine) and some stains on the sheets, but those were easily fixed. Easy to find, heated pool, close to the airport, restaurant attached (Sancho’s) has great food and drinks

Was a good stay. Maybe some notices of request should be passed from the restaurant to guests to see if they might need anything before the kitchen closes. Privacy and also the food from the Reef Restaurant was incredible

Friendly staff. Magnificent mountains, Tropical vibe and lovely overall stay! The walls of the room were very thin but this did not effect my stay. There was no breakfast option at this location but there are two restaurants on site and locations nearby for food and coffee. Caliente Tropics is nestled in the heart of the magnificent San Jacinto mountains and had a very cool, tropical vibe and lovely staff (Dustin and Nathan were so helpful and accommodating.
