A big tick for Tiki Room key was problematic and had to get reset several times. Can understand the policy of a 'room deposit' held on card against any damage to room but we did have to then point out a fairly large stain on the carpet and a large scuff mark on the chair so it wasn't blamed on us. If you have the policy then maybe the rooms should be spotless to start with? I think the staff at reception said the restaurant has recently reopened so maybe it will get better but at the moment it is missing trick. Very bright a... read more
