Pleasant Both room keys didn't open the room door went to lobby to get new keys. Ice machine on the room side of building did not work went back to lobby to find out were to go to get ice
Nice place to stay for a good price
Short stay at Caliente Tropics hotel The restaurant on site was closed for refurbishment. Hotel location is excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good pool and jacuzzi.

excellent place to sray, with Hawaiian theme I didnot like the floor, carpet was dirty. I love the suite we stayed in the room was excellent and the bed was sooooo comfortable, the room was very clean and the shower was superb
