Excellent location, got a very good price for large clean room. booking.com had promised one price and was $14 (for the week) more due to a local hotel tax. Wasn't a giant deal, just annoying. Hotel is very centrally located. Walk to nearbypopular Elmer's coffee shop or Koffi or even a bit further to Smoke Tree shopping center. Easy drive (or take the free bus that runs up and down the street) to downtown Palm Springs with its many shops and restaurants. Pleasant standard motel Position good for town access although away from central Palm Springs . Clean and comfortable room and good value for overnight stop .

Good price good place Construction next door starting at 7 am. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Nice suite. Good value. The restaurant didn't open at 8 AM so we went elsewhere.
