Fun, nostalgic place. A few little tweaks and it could be a hidden gem. Only 1 towel per person, no extra blanket, Coke machine and Ice machine inoperable. Late check-in 2:30, we had reservations for over 2 months. They wanted to charge $35.00 for early check-in. Location and size of room. Convenient to the pool & Spa and Restaurant/Bar

Pleasant Dealing with the overnight stuff was HORRIBLE. We came from 6 hours away and got there before 2am, by this time we are exhausted and want to sleep. Once we get there to the main lobby to get our keys, the door is locked, lights are off and there is a sign that says they are monitoring the property and will be back shortly. I understand it’s late and people need to take a break. This man working in the front lobby didn’t come back for an hour and that is because we called booking.com and told them our issue. Fun place, reasonably priced Front door seam insulation should be replaced for sound control; on busy street Clean room, dated, Nice pool and hottub area, fun Tiki Bar with food next to pool, reasonably priced place to stay a couple of days

Good value..no problems Location neither great not bad....you can't walk many places from here but by bike would be ok Hot jacuzzi Quite cheap by palm Springs standards Front desk ( Nathan) kindly found me a quieter room when I asked

pretty grounds. new decor in rooms. expensive. room had major water leak. ice machine on all night outside my room, but didn’t work. flashlight lights on soda machine blinking all night long. nice ambiance
