I was very happy with the service I received from Californa Dental Group on Saturday.
the people there are very nice to me and the dentist is great but i was very upset that i had to wait an hour to be attended to.The Dentist explained to me earlier that one room wasn't available and that was the reason for the backup,in that case i think we customers should have been warned when we where signing in.
Other than that everything was excellent.
Love going to the dentist here everyone is always so helpful.
I have been coming there for 3 years now. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication I had received during the visit. I wanted more feedback as to how my teeth looked, what I was doing right, what I was doing wrong, as well as general pleasantries. My teeth were in good shape, but just a side comment, like "you are doing a good job" or "you need to watch those back teeth" or something would have been appreciated. I got there at 9am didn't wait long to be called in. I had a cleaning and ortho appointment. was out in less than 2 hours
This place is very clean and the staff is very nice. I feel it is the only place I can trust who is not just out there to take your money. I have been to other dentist, and I end up right back here for second opinons as well as all my dental work. They were also willing to assist me with special payment arrangement. This place is so accommodating
It was great. I had a last minute audition so the staff helped me get out of there quickly and my teeth look much better. Everyone was extremely polite and professional. Thank you.
