I came to this office by referral, because they accepted denti-cal at the time. They did try to accommodate my needs, but left me with two teeth prepped for crowns without even temporaries, and never got around to placing the crowns because they stopped accepting Denti-Cal, didn't have "the right size" crowns, and even though I called back for several months, never completed the job, which they billed for. My cleaning was good, but I have a couple questions about the place. Why is the staff different every time I go in? I never see the same Doctor, admin or asst twice. Why was I told to have 3 cavities filled last appointment(which I ignored) and this appointment only one(and a different one, I might add)? Did the other three just go away on their own, or is there some sort of push to buy something I don't need, like when getting an oil change on your car? Please fill me in California Dental! The dental work was wonderfully done, the dentist was great- the only thing was that my children were asked to wait in the waiting room, which is fine- thedental assistant said they would be watching cartoons. However, later I found out per my kids that she did not change the channel. I am pretty stricked on what my kids watch and dont watch, SO i was displeased that the channel was not changed.

I have been going to California Dental, for about 3 years with ok experience, but last visit had my teeth cleaned, And the girl burned my lip real bad.
