If I could I would give a minus 10 stars! I went to California Dental on Magnolia in North Hollywood for a root canal and left with the root still there, unbelievable pain, a huge infection and actually paid in advance for this. The amount was $5,000 !! I ended up in the emergency room twice, and back in the dental chair there to many times. I have never been given a refund even after saying that I would not sue. Usually quick and painless; this time I was having the temp removed and the new cap put on my front tooth when the dentist slipped the grip on my tooth and smacked my gums hard enough to make them bleed. Then he laughed and said he was sorry - Crown was a bit lighter than my regular teeth, but he didn't as about changing the color until he had the temp off......Ads on the internet don't mean a thing...no 435 crowns and no movie tickets - disappointed
They are very exspensive, never give you a break in cost and their work is not very good, think they should also honor their words, when putting things in emails.
They seemed confused. I emailed that I wanted a cleaning, an estimate on an implant, pricing on a repair to an implant and when I got there, they said "what are you here for?" - only got a cleaning for $145 (yeah, there's one more scheduled). Seems pricey when my previous dentist charges $99 for 2 sessions. I already have the estimates from him. Staff was pleasant enough and friendly..... just a bit clueless. That's my review; NOW, What are you going to do about it?
