Everyone was very friendly and welcoming except the woman who reviewed my insurance coverage. She was not polite she seemed cold like "it is what is"kind of attitude it made me question if I wanted to come back. She should be friendlier and explain things better I don't work there she does. But thank you to the dental assistant who took my X-rays great job very patient.

Dr. Quoc Vu, DDS is a great dr., He is professional and cares about patient's heath. worked on my teeth for crown. Vivian is a wonderful manager, nice person who really know how to manage the office, patients, doctors progress and schedule. She is very helpful too. The front desk, Karla is very nice person & helpful. All in all the staff in TUSTIN, CA office are all wonderful people.
