Went there and got 4 implants and upper dentures everything went ok. Return several times to get inserts replaced that holds dentures to inplanets as they where coming loose. No charges were At that time. After a time they came loose again and went back to get the inserts caps replaced and after the procedure was finished the office manager Violet told me that I would have to pay $100 I was not happy at all but what was I to do. Saw the DENTAL COSMETIC GRANT THRU GOOGLE. Called and hooked me up with CALIFORNIA DENTAL GROUP. Made an appointment Feb 8th 2020 and went. TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT THERE IS NO GRANT BUT ONLY DISCOUNT AND THEY HAD TO RUN MY CREDIT TWICE TO BE APPROVED FOR A DENTAL LOAN THRU THEIR AFFILIATE LOANERS! I FELT SCAMMED! I HAVE BEEN PRAYING TO HAVE A FIXED BRIDGE AND GREAT SMILE MAKEOVER SO I CAN ENJOY MY FOOD ONCE AGAIN AFTER 40YEARS BUT THIS CRUSHED MY DREAM! they don't return phone calls. The only time you get a phone call is when they are verifying your appointment. Other than that they don't bother to call back. I requested a call back, because the receptionist could not answer my questions regarding my invoice. Left my number twice I never received a call back. To me customer service is a priority.
I have not been in over five years. I have been bragging about this place to my family as we ya e not had a dental office we like, and finally decided to take everyone The customer service is nowhere near as good as it was. The wait time is ridiculous given that you set an appointment and nobody there sticks to your appointment time.
