Excellent customer service, I run a company with alot of people and the first thing I look at is the Customer Service !!! 1) the first person who walked me in made sure I was comfortable 2) the Hygiene person was very good and its all in the words that they say, are you okay, do you need anything? 3) the Dentist asked me how do you feel? and then I got a credit voucher 4) the one thing was the girl in the front Teresa said she scheduled my appt for the same time at 2pm when I could not come in last week, I was not aware of t... read more

Dr. Quoc Vu, DDS is a great dr., He is professional and cares about patient's heath. worked on my teeth for crown. Vivian is a wonderful manager, nice person who really know how to manage the office, patients, doctors progress and schedule. She is very helpful too. The front desk, Karla is very nice person & helpful. All in all the staff in TUSTIN, CA office are all wonderful people.
This is the best dental care I have ever experienced..the dr and his staff educated me on everything that need to be done ..made me feel welcomed and at ease.. I experienced very little pain with my procedures..I have recommend family members to this office thank you so much..
It was a great cleaning experience . I believe I had just caught a cold and I was acting like a big baby. The whole staff treated me so nicely when all I wanted to do was go home and get in bed. Thank you all and see you in 6 to 8 months
