During my bleaching session, dental assistant burned my tongue and lip with out any warning ok what procedure was being performed. A little heads up would have gone a long way to prepare my self in case the burning occurred. During same session the assistant walked away and checked up on my status only twice in a 60 mins span. Attention to detail and patient satisfaction failed during this visit!!!
