the people there are very nice to me and the dentist is great but i was very upset that i had to wait an hour to be attended to.The Dentist explained to me earlier that one room wasn't available and that was the reason for the backup,in that case i think we customers should have been warned when we where signing in.

Good Morning, I visited your office on Eagle Rock Blvd and the staff were wonderful and called to your glendale ave office and scheduled me an appointment for the same day...excellent! At the glendale office I experienced a very nice and clean office and a nice staff that made me feel comfortable and welcome...The dental service was very professional and though the prices seemed a little high for insurance patients I will probably return for the completion of my treatment reccommendations...Thank you for a nice day

My time at the clinic was fairly pleasant up until I had to go through the "periodontitis test." The experience would've been more tolerable had I been warned beforehand that all my teeth and gums were going to be poked and checked for the "depth" of the pockets underneath my gum lines. I am not blaming the dental assistant because she was just doing her job to clean my teeth and make sure that I floss them everyday. A proper warning of what to expect would've been more appropriate. I have been coming there for 3 years now. I was a little disappointed with the lack of communication I had received during the visit. I wanted more feedback as to how my teeth looked, what I was doing right, what I was doing wrong, as well as general pleasantries. My teeth were in good shape, but just a side comment, like "you are doing a good job" or "you need to watch those back teeth" or something would have been appreciated.
