Hard to get a hold of someone when you call, no one answers their phone! Frustrating.. especially when you refer a client to them.
Renters beware! This company will try to STEAL YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. Our story is the same as soooo many of their renters: 1. Move into a filthy CRG managed rental with deferred maintenance. 2. Spend hours cleaning and trying to document all of the disrepair they somehow "missed" on their move-in report. 3. Get the runaround when seeking clarity and fixes for the disrepair. 4. This is the worst property management company I have worked with. Be careful when putting in work orders. They try blame the damage on you and bill you for it. The home we rented was really dirty upon moving in. Urine on the baseboards, tons of pet hair on the carpet which was clear the carpets were not cleaned prior to moving in. When I told them about this they just said they would add it to my move in report and it never was, luckily I had the emails. We rented a home for a little over 4 years from CA Realty and it always seemed to go from bad to worse = filthy home upon move-in, tons of repairs needed when the home was advertised to is as “move-in ready”, had to go buy remotes for the garage door opener and replace all lightbulbs, walls were full of holes and paint drips galore, a back yard FULL of dog crap, plus we were only given about 30 minutes to walk the property before we took possession of the keys so of course the move-in report lacked full details of damage. Terrible realty company and an awful landlord. They attempted to throw us out of the home we were renting without just cause and then the landlord proceeded to take our entire deposit (nearly $5000) for false "damages". Advise NOT to use this company and NOT to rent from 35092 Calle Campo in Temecula because you will lose all your money to terrible people.
This company is very unprofessional. If you rent with them make sure to document everything and i mean everything! In regards to the rental community we have only heard bad things about them, properties allowed to go weeks without running water! Its sad tenants do not know there rights and this company takes advantage of that at every turn! We rented for 3 years and had nothing but problems.
