This question should be, What not to like about California Skin Institute. In plain simple English, nothing. My personal doctor recommended the Institute when he found skin cancer on my jaw. Made my appointment to have it check on and sure enough there it was. Dr. Lauren Gebauer told me it would be gone in a few minutes and it was. Before I left the Institute, her office made sure she had removed all of the cancer. Then just a couple of stitches and I was home. Week later I was in for a check up. It doesn't take forever to get an appointment, you don't wait forever to see the doctor, and best of all, the doctor's take the time to not just explain what is going on, but makes sure you understand what is going on. A big plus with the Castro valley group is that they have a skin cancer specialist, which just happens to be my doctor, you should ask for her.
