Dr. Morganroth is excellent at what he does. Several years ago he did a vertical face lift on me and I still look at least 15 years younger than I am. I am 73. Do they operate on a shoestring? It is impossible to speak with someone on the phone. Every time I call I get transferred to voice mail with the message I'll be called back within two business days. I just wanted to know if my credit card is on file. I've given up trying to reach them and after each visit to my doctor, I call his office directly to pay my bill. I am really sorry my doctor has joined California Skin Institute.

My experience with Morganroth has left me traumatized. As a degreed, career-oriented, professional woman working in one of the most innovative and regulated industries, it was hard to witness a physician behave like a brute caveman toward his staff. He literally grabbed the coordinator's arm without her permission after barging into a patient room where I waiting with other people without asking for my consent or bothering to introduce them to me.
