Today my mom and my sister went in for a consultation and was received with the worst medical customer service ever. My sister was in for a consultation about a bump on her arm. Before the consultation began they obviously had to turn in paperwork but Karla who works at the front desk was having an extremely rude attitude. We went to the Brea location. She loves to dig out moles. Went to get a second opinion after she created a bad keloid scar on my son cutting off a mole. She wanted to remove MORE. I got a second and third opinion elsewhere who said the moles she wanted to remove were totally fine! Wish I got another opinion on the mole she already removed! I can see the keloid scar “bump” on my sons back even through his shirt!
