Amazing staff very attentive and great customer service . The doctor she was super informative and sweet with my mother .

Never going there again. Doctor tells me I should know what prescriptions I’m taking and sends me home with no instructions and pharmacy doesn’t know. Cancel my appointment

I came here believing in the great reviews but in the end all I can say is extremely bad services and would never advice anyone to come here.
RecommendedThis is the only doctor's office where I don't spend time waiting to get in, see the doctor and get out. My appointment was for 8:30 I was done before 9:00!
I really was sad to see this place go from a Spa atmosphere to a medical office atmosphere! I waited 45 min then the lady to did my procedure was not friendly pretty much said ok your done next! Only there one day a week and the office staff didn’t even acknowledge me sitting there for 45 min! The only person who helped me was Evelyn. She is the nicest person and does great facials BTW totally recommend her. She will be the only reason I return if I do! So disappointed. This office needs so much training!

This use to be my favorite skin place, but now it seems that just rush you thru the procedures, one doctor didn’t numb me enough and it was really painful, and he just kept on digging, might have to find another doctor

It doesn't take forever to get an appointment, you don't wait forever to see the doctor, and best of all, the doctor's take the time to not just explain what is going on, but makes sure you understand what is going on. A big plus with the Castro valley group is that they have a skin cancer specialist, which just happens to be my doctor, you should ask for her.
