Dr. Mudigonda and the staff at the Gilroy office are wonderful. Having skin cancer removed is not a fun experience but being in the care of dedicated and thoughtful individuals makes the process so much better. You can tell that they all love what they do and enjoy helping people. The only thing that is needed is a bigger space. The poor staff are jammed in a tiny admin office. They deserve better! ❤️🩹
The Drs have been great. The staff is rude and their appointment booking process is horrible. The absolutely overbook everyday. On average I have waited more than an hour past my appointment time to see the dr. I watched them turn away a man who was 10 mins late while they were already running 25 mins behind at 930 in the morning.
It was my first visit. The staff and the doctors are very friendly, ethical and professional. I highly recommend it.
