It is difficult to get an appappointment with the doctors we selected. The clinic recommended another one. That is ok. Later we found it is a PA but we are charged as seeing a specialist. The treatment suggested is not too useful.
They are very unethical and dishonest. They wrongfully billed my insurance showing the services that they never provided. I have reported the fraud to my insurance and would not recommend them. This is not what America stands for. They have charged me $1350 so far as co-pay whereas my insurance recommends a copay of only $54 dollars. Dishonest And A SHAME IN THE NAME OF OUR COUNTRY.

California Skin Institute just rescheduled me for the third (and last) time. The Sunnyvale office, formerly owned by Dr Bernard Recht, who was fabulous, was sold to CSI. My appointment with one of their new doctors was canceled twice because the doctor no longer works on Fridays and once again because the doctor now no longer works on Wednesdays. As someone who works outside the home my schedule is just not that flexible. G'bye CSI -- hello PAMF. Hope PAMF's customer service is better--it couldn't be any worse.
