I've had a pleasant experience here for my daughter. The staff form the front desk to the nurses and the PAs have all been very kind and helpful. The PA Melissa was great, but she recently moved and we saw Krishna who was also exceptional. She was so patient and kind with my daughter and made her feel comfortable! Would highly recommend!

The experience was so disappointing that I have to give it a 1-star rating - and that one star is for the nurse and office staff. My daughter went in for a follow-up, but the doctor didn’t really examine her skin. She gave only brief responses to our concerns and didn’t ask if we had any questions. We were in and out in less than five minutes. On a positive note, the nurse and office staff were helpful.
I have been going here for about a year and really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the staff here. Melissa M in particular is my specialist and has done a great job explaining my situation to me. Plus appointments are run on time and easily scheduled in advance.
I was pleasantly surprised. The office is very nice, and Rachel Lau was very sweet and very gentle. It didn’t hurt as bad as I thought it was going to! I still have to see if the freezing actually worked once they are healed up, but I sure feel a lot better having been to your office. Lots of nice folks there. Thank you very much!
