Out two fireplaces were serviced by Jeff Oertly yesterday. He was very efficient and did a great job. Jeff is not only efficient, but also personable and we will certainly ask for him next time we need service.

Today Jeff Oertly serviced our propane fireplace and installed a blower. Since this is a new home for us, he took the time to explain how everything worked and what to expect when turning the blower on. He arrived when we expected and provided great customer service.
Last night my wife and I ran out of propane and Callahan’s was all over it. I had a larger tank on the side of the house the very next day. Jeff Oertly did the install and it turns out he installed our gas fireplace before we closed on the house last year. One of my main concerns with the fireplace was that I didn’t know how it worked when we moved in and when I mentioned that to Jeff he took the time to walk me through lighting the pilot and offered some additional maintenance tips. I never thought I could be so impressed by a propane company! I just bought a house out in the country, and we needed propane to get our gas stove and generators going. I liked the Callahan’s was local and has been in business for so long, so I gave them a shot. Gene is so helpful, and responds quickly whenever I need something. He is such a delight, too. Jeff, our installer, went above and beyond to get us set up and make it all look nice against the house. I highly, highly recommend them!
We had an itsy bitsy gas leak and Jeff from Callahan’s came out, found it and fixed it. He double checked the lines for other leaks (none) and adjusted the stove’s burners to have a much lower “low” heat setting (something we wanted but didn’t know was possible.) Great experience, he was very professional and definitely knew his craft. We’re glad we made the call.

We just had a wall unit AC installed by Callahan's by Jeff and Dameon and they where outstanding. They where very efficient and thorough. Unboxed and cleaned and removed old AC unit for us. We have dealt with Callahan's for over 30 years and have never been disappointed. A pleasure to deal with such polite and courteous gentleman.

Outstanding customer service. Jeff Oertly, from Callahan's Gas & Appliance, installed a new gas oven for us and was extremely thorough and professional through the entire process which included, removing our existing range and unboxing, installing, and converting the new stove from natural to propane gas. All done at a very fair price. We have been a customer of Callahan's for over 20 years and highly recommend them for propane gas and appliance service.
