By taking into consideration that a person's pet is much more than "just a dog" that can easily be replaced. Compassion goes a long way.
I do not recommend Dr.Kitty to do any major surgeries or any surgeries at that. My experience was horrible, she lacked in communicating to other staff. Let alone sent a dog home 2 days after having surgery let alone two surgeries. It’s like they didn’t want the responsibility. I will never go back there again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
