Poor Service! 😡 Took my car to this shop, they didn’t tell me there was a charge to look at the car issue. I told them maybe my window motor was bad, so after they so called did a “diagnostic” test. They told me I needed a switch and the window motor. Tried to charge me $454 for parts and labor. I asked him to break down the price for parts, it was extremely overpriced. I was at Cal's today, & spent over $300 for a repair. Only because I thought this was a reputable place. In fact...this was about the worst place I have been, to get my car serviced, in terms of customer care! They were flat out rude to me, in 'reminding' me of their closing time of 3pm...(even though I wasn't late & I already had been told they close at 3). When I brought up the fact they were being 'testy' with me, (via my voicemail & again when I called them to reassure them I was omw)...they became even more rude!! Def... read more
Liars, bad work & horrible customer service experience. Got my entire coolant system fixed last year just to have to get it fixed again this year & he’s lying to me telling me he can’t pull up my previous work history that I just got done less than a year ago. After I spoke with someone last week & they gave me a whole list of all the things I got done & what they did. Now Cal is lying saying he’s not able to pull it up & that they did nothing wrong.
