Went in for an oil change to find it had changed owners in the last week. The New manager did their best to work with me on an unexpected repair need - an obvious issue I was shown, not some made-up repair as other places have tried. While I did not ultimately go with them, I felt respected and not rushed to use their services past the oil change I needed.
Amazing experience. Very cheap. Firestone gave me a $3500 quote and they did an analysis and told me none of that is required. Got a free diagnosis. Came in for a tire puncture repair. Mike and Dan very professional, helpful and amazing. 10/10 would recommend

The staff at Midas on Hampton were able to diagnose a weird electrical problem in our car fast and easily. They were clear on their communications and setting expectations on when the work would be completed. All things considered they did great work.
