I visited the Midas on Hampton Avenue for a routine oil change and had a great experience. I was helped by the store manager, Ryan Pleasant, and his professionalism and helpfulness really stood out. During the oil change, they discovered that my front and rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced, which was surprising. The store manager Ryan Pleasant is fantastic. Car repairs are stressful, and on a busy day he was able to get me and resolved with fantastic results. Car work always takes some patience and he made it worth it.
Zero stars would be a better score. When I went to get my oil changed I asked to have the tires rotated. After the manager said the work was complete, I asked him if the tires were rotated. He confirmed the tires were rotated. The next day I noticed the rims were in the same place as when I took it in. I called and asked for a refund the manager said he could only have me bring my car back in or he would have to contact the district manager to issue the refund. Yall. Please look at other options. They don't even have a diagnostic scanner or battery tester so the techs can't properly the diagnose your car. They also recommend u needing work done taht undont even need. Its very unhonest and honestly a hostile work environment. None of the employees are certified and dont do half the things you pay your hard earned money for. Buyers beware
