Went in for an oil change to find it had changed owners in the last week. The New manager did their best to work with me on an unexpected repair need - an obvious issue I was shown, not some made-up repair as other places have tried. While I did not ultimately go with them, I felt respected and not rushed to use their services past the oil change I needed.
Amazing experience. Very cheap. Firestone gave me a $3500 quote and they did an analysis and told me none of that is required. Got a free diagnosis. Came in for a tire puncture repair. Mike and Dan very professional, helpful and amazing. 10/10 would recommend
I made a review back in Feb 25’ that was five stars. I have to change that now after how I was treated. Vincent was nice while I was there however he made an error and charged my Midas credit card three times because he didn’t “know the new procedure.” This is what he told me days later after I saw 3 charges for the same ONE oil change. Midas at Southampton and Nottingham is the best Midas I have ever gone to. The manager Vincent is the best, if someone was to ask me what repair shop I would recommend I would definitely say Midas on South Hampton and Nottingham it's the best good customer service fast reliable service and just all around awesome. So take it from me go and see Vincent at Midas you won't be disappointed.
