AWFUL SERVICE! Do NOT go here. I went in for a quick oil change and was told it would take about 30-45 minutes. AFTER waiting for an hour they finally call me to tell me that they didn't even start yet because they needed my permission to use the kind of oil they needed to. Complete waste of time I would give Calvert's Express zero stars if I could.
If I could rate with NO stars I would. I had over $575 worth of suspension, shocks and brake work. When the car was dropped off there was not any issues with check lights on dash. When completed the car not mysteriously indicated a failed ABS system on front left, just where they worked, I immediately returned the car within 2 minutes of getting in the car. 1.5 hours later they confirmed that the ABS was bad on front left hub, but not due to their work - OF course not just dump luck, right. This place is extremely underhanded and basically robbing people of their money and trust. My husband took our car here for an alignment. They showed him a folded up sheet of paper (attached to a clipboard) which said that we needed all four tires and wheel bearings, which came up to $472. My husband called me and told me the amount with the guy standing right next to him explaining what needed to be done in the background (I even heard him talking).
