Rating only the initial experience as we have not made any decisions at the time of this review. We accidentally missed our appointment and what we love is that they just sent over the presentation. We didn't have to sign up again to be held hostage to a presentation that is pretty much the same as all solar presentation and just got to see the numbers and what we were interested in. Great enthusiasm and communication regarding setting up the loan, but very little communication regarding getting the service up and active. Already paying on loan and service still not turned on. Finally got the meter installed by Xcel, so I would like CAM to power up my system, but cannot reach anyone at CAM. Apparently their system is that you have to leave them a voicemail and they call you back next day. Sales department is much more attentive, but actual service not so much. I am responding to CAM’s request for a review even though we have not chosen a company to install a solar system. Like many companies, it seems that they are heavy on the sales and social media aspects but do not seem to get much praise for customer service. The fact that 2 different sales people jumped on my inquiry makes me hesitate. The sales presentation was just a quick estimate based on a random satellite photo of our home. It was informative as a starting point but didn’t leave me feeling overly confident.
