We are thrilled with our new solar system installed by CAM Solar. Considering a shift to new technology can be a bit scary, but Scott’s helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable guidance helped us navigate any uncertainty we might have had. I am extremely happy with my system and with CAM Solar. CAM Solar had my system installed quickly and at a great price. The crew and staff were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Customer service is bad, when you have an issue they never return your calls. But, if you are buying they like you. After my panels were installed the roof started leaking .... they offered to pay for the drywall damaged and then vanished and won't return my calls or text
Horrible customer service!! 0 stars if I had the option. DO NOT GET PANELS WITH THIS COMPANY! They don't back them up as they promise they say they would. I have called for months, almost a year to ask if they can check my panels and they say someone will call me back and they don't. My panels aren't even producing anymore electricity and yet I'm still paying for them. They only worked for about 2 years. Horrible to respond. If they do, I will reconsider my review.
This company is eager to sell and install solar in your home. When it comes to warranty issues they are M.I.A. If you are looking for solar in the Denver area pick anyone else - there is no indication CAM Solar is still operating in Denver. We are stuck with a solar system that no longer operates as installed and no one at CAM Solar seems to give a shi7. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere.
