My solar panels, which are under warranty, have not been working for the past month. I live in *********** and have called the *********** area code phone number probably 5 or 6 times in the past several weeks. Every time someone answers but they live in another state. They will promise to connect me with someone local and say I will hear back in ***** hours. I never hear back from anyone. I'm extremely disappointed in this lack of customer service.
My inverter was out for almost two months. I'd try and call but can never get through to anyone. I'd leave messages with no return call. I also e-mailed them and they are not responding. I just want to get reimbursed for the days my solar wasn't working. I'll never recommend this company
Hard to get in touch with never answer phones or emails
Cam Solar won't return my calls my system has stopped working emails calls they won't respond my next step is going to be a lawsuit hopefully they'll answer by Friday if not I won't have a choice but to take legal action
Since June 23, 2022, I have been trying to contact Cam Solar. I have called the numbers on their website and numbers that I had from when I purchased our system in 2011. I also sent emails thru their website. No answers received from either one. Their system is set up like a loop. The phone answering machine says try the website for fastest response.
