Went there to try a new place and close to homee. The dental hygienist were great, but the dentist would talk unprofessionally when I was being worked on. More importantly, he said I had a ton of cavaties. I went to my older dentist and to another new one for second and third opinions and they all said that I had half as many as what he mentioned. The new dentist also said the cavity that I did let them work on on my front tooth, was done wrong and it had to be fixed and completely redone in a year. It never felt right even... read more

Horrible place I am forced to give them one star which they don't deserve. The office staff are rude and lie. Dr. Joe was a jerk. Worst dental experience ever.

Honestly the worst experience I've ever had. When you go into a new dentist you want to trust what they say. My family went from having no cavities to so many and both my husband and I had root canals! I trusted and went ahead with my "I'm almost positive you have a root canal." No pain to so much pain and my root canal kept escalating and all of sudden my tooth may be cracked and you need an implant. Tore my mouth constantly and really didn't care. Terrible experience and very unprofessional. Dr. Joe is trying to make a buck and sell dentistry for services that aren't necessary. This was confirmed by my current dentist. I will never go back to Dr. Joe and will never send a referral.

I went here because I wanted to try a different dentist close to home. I got a cleaning and was told I had to make another appointment to get 2 cavities filled. So, I go in to get the cavities fixed and they say that I need to make another appointment to get the rest of my cavities fixed. Confused, I asked them what they were talking about because I was under the impression I only had 2. They went on to tell me that I had 8 cavities. Be Careful! Joe is a scam. I really liked him at first. He gains your trust and then scams you. He RUINED my 8 year old daughters smile. She fractured her front adult tooth. I brought her in for repair and without consulting me he removed the gum tissue above one of her front teeth. After the fact he told me he had to do that to repair the fracture. Horrible place to go. Joe puts on a really great act. So many things done to my teeth that never needed to be done. Thousands of dollars later and the work still isn't complete. Last straw was when i went in for a filling and he did a root canal without asking for first, on a tooth that was giving me no issues. Of course my insurance was used up from all the work he did, wanted me to pay out of pocket or leave my tooth exposed for two months. I have never had a good experience at dr. joes, If you want to experience pain like never before go here. Every filling and every crown has been EXTREMELY painful, even painless things like getting a crown put on had me wrenching in my chair crying my eyes out while the dentists laughed. if i could give it 0/5 i would.

The office manager here is so rude and disrespectful. Whenever I ask her for something that inconveniences her, she gets all huffy puffy and treats me like I don't matter. Never had a problem with any of the other staff, but this women has convinced me to take my business elsewhere.
