The day that I moved in I noticed the front door was discolored and peeling. The leasing manager at the time ensured me it would be painted within the next month. After asking a few times, 4 years later after I moved out, the door had still not been painted. The carpet was trash when I moved in yet they decided to keep some of my deposit for it. Do Not RENT HERE !!!! Been here since august of last year and the end of my lease can’t come soon enough . it’s been nothing but a nightmare. Had to put my rent into escrow with the state because management failed to do there job . So if you move in here have a lawyer on speed dial . Plus I love how you get special access to the the barn across the way off Hayden with a pass . yeah never received a pass and gave up trying to get even though I filled out and turned in the paperwork they required. This place is unbelievable, the views, amenities, landscaping, the location, the house and apartments are also great but definitely what is making the difference in Camden place is the staff, they treat you like family, they don’t see you as a dollar sign or as business, they see you as the most valuable and important customer they have. Shannon, Ella and Maria are super stars and erudite when we talk about customer service, and knowledge about each one of the policies the contract states. I would like to start that maintenance is the best part about this place. Mike Josh and Chuck are fantastic. Now. The office has a towing service that drives through and will tow your vehicle for the stickers on your plates being a month expired. Wouldn’t have had this done to me in a grocery store parking lot but drive back to your home in Camden Place and park & they will tow you. Shame on you.
