Ricky Williams is great to work with. Only issue was the techs didn't tighten down the splash guards and I had to go back to get them secured. They took care of it.

They do good work but they are always bad on time estimates. You can typically double what they tell you. I have never gotten out of there less than 2 hours after they have quoted me. Its just crazy. Its like the service department low balls you as if they are practicing to be car sales on their next career step. "Hey boss, I have been low balling service customers for a year, I am used to them being upset at my misdirection, let me try and sell a car now!"

Quick intake, polite, quick report after inspection and quick completion of work. All in a few hours. Only negative was cost which, like everything else these days, was considerably higher than usual.
